The plot
Winemaking
After whole-bunch pressing, the musts are settled. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a single 450-litre barrel.
Ageing
Vinified exclusively in French oak. The barrel stock is renewed by thirds, a third new each year, and the oldest are three years old. Each wine receives its own ratio of new oak.

This parcel yields a precise, straight, thoroughbred and mineral wine. The aromas favour finesse over exuberance, evolving over time towards dried fruit, citrus, white flowers and acacia. The palate is taut and linear, then lingers and opens with time.
