A close-knit team, rooted in Mercurey, watching daily over the vines, the cellar and the wines. From pruning to bottling, every stage is the fruit of collective work.
That human bond is our strength. It makes every vintage a shared undertaking, between tradition, precision and passion. Working together means listening to what is alive, adjusting, trusting one another, and that is what gives our wines their sincerity and their soul.

On the estate since 1984
Driven by precision, he refines his approach to terroir and winemaking each year to bring out the character of every climat. A man of both vineyard and cellar, he embodies a demanding, committed vision of the winegrower’s craft.
Administration & sales
On the estate since 1994
Alongside François since the estate took its present shape, Emmanuelle runs everything administrative, commercial and logistical. She oversees the estate’s management with rigour and discretion, in constant contact with customers, partners and the team. Her role is central to the estate’s day-to-day balance.
Winegrower & winemaker
On the estate since 2018
Established since 2022, she is the next generation. Jeanne moves between the vines, the cellar and the office. She works the vineyard by hand, follows the wine analyses, handles the winemaking, the reds in particular, and takes on part of the sales and administration.

Tractor operator
On the estate since 2002
An experienced tractor operator, Philippe alternates between machinery and hand work in the vines. At harvest he also takes charge of equipment logistics and plays an active part in the winemaking.
Vineyard work
On the estate since 2012
Maria is dedicated to hand work in the vineyard. Throughout the year she attends with rigour and precision to every stage of cultivation, from the first pruning to green work and the manual harvest.
Mechanised vineyard work
On the estate since 2021
Vincent handles mechanised work in the vines, and joins the hand work wherever the tractor cannot reach. During harvest he manages equipment logistics, an essential cog in that intense period.
Administration & sales
On the estate since 2024
Émilie looks after administration and sales: order preparation, customer follow-up, exports and welcoming visitors to the cellar. She is the link between the estate’s wines and those who taste them.
