from 7 pm

Good wine, good cheese, good company.

An evening in the cellar, the estate’s wines by the glass and a table of mountain cheeses. No skiing, no altitude, everything else is there.

What to expect

What waits at the top

The cellar changes for one night. You come for the wines, you stay for the rest.

Tasting

The estate’s wines served by the glass, from taut whites to Premiers Crus built to keep, talked through by the family.

A generous meal

A table of mountain cheeses, charcuterie and bread, laid out to last the whole evening.

Music

Enough to make you forget this is Mercurey and not the mountains. Ski gear tolerated, and frankly encouraged.
