Following pneumatic pressing of the whole grapes, the must is allowed to settle. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 400 l barrels, a third of which are renewed every year.
This cuvée produces a wine that lingers on your palate and quickly develops with floral notes. Although supple, the wine is fleshy without ever being heavy. Full-bodied and rich, it is easy to drink and maintains a perfect balance between acidity and structure.
The vineyard is located on the Chamirey sector
from marls with little limestone
To be consumed with a meal, fish and seafood. Between 4 and 7 years of ageing in bottles.
Drink at around 14° with poultry and white meat.
